Anyone who reaches out to Degreesenterprise Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If you did not get one, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Degreesenterprise Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
